Our facilitation and training offerings foster collaborative learning, deep reflection and ongoing practice aligned with equity, justice and liberation. We incorporate multiple learning modalities emphasizing embodied practice, community building, courageous conversation and imagination. From half-day sessions to ongoing practice groups to multi-day retreats, we strive to co-create communities of practice and learning that can continue after the session(s) end.
Facilitation and Training Offerings: equity and anti-racism; embodied social justice practice; collaborative decision-making; giving and receiving feedback; creating vision and values; sharing power; community and team-building; white anti-racist identity, culture and practice; accountability and repair.

Laura’s strengths in racial equity facilitation helped our affinity group launch and thrive. She has supported us in developing new frames to integrate equity practices into our everyday work. She weaves in her deep knowledge of somatic practices to help us embody change and work collaboratively to practice accountability rooted in compassion. Personally, I appreciated Laura’s coaching on setting intentions to guide my interactions and build relationships based on trust and authenticity. I have grown in my ability
