At Regeneration, we believe that ongoing practice and relationship-building are fundamental to creating and sustaining meaningful change in the world. To support this, we offer communities of practice— spaces where people with a shared purpose come together to engage in collective learning and new ways of being that align with interdependence, wholeness and liberation.
Through peer-to-peer learning, coaching and co-creative experiences, we use the wisdom of our relationships as a foundation to explore challenges, practice mutual accountability and engage in collective care. Together, we practice resource sharing, generative conflict, and slowing down to build meaningful relationships and purposeful action. We experiment with applying our new practices to address personal and collective challenges, with the ultimate goal of nurturing justice and liberation in our lives and communities.
