We guide teams in co-creating a collaborative organizational culture that centers equity and honors the dignity, wholeness and multiple identities of all people. This includes integrating equity goals into organizational structures, policies and strategy; engaging in reparative processes; fostering a culture of belonging; expanding community trust and engagement; and amplifying the leadership and power of Black, Indigenous and People of Color.
